All current products on Muse by Midnight are either digital products (such as e-books), virtual (i.e., coaching sessions), or in-person events, and therefore you will not receive anything via physical mail. Receipts will be emailed to the address indicated at checkout, and all communications will be sent via email. 

Once art prints become available, our shipping policy will be updated to reflect our new changes.

All e-books, and in-person events/ retreats are non-refundable. Please read the product descriptions for full details before purchasing.

Virtual Sacral Alchemy Coaching Sessions can be fully refunded, or rescheduled your session with 48 hours advance notice. Virtual coaching sessions cancelled before 24 hours will receive a partial (50% refund), and sessions cancelled within 24 hours of our appointment will receive no refund. Desires to reschedule or cancel must be emailed to Hello@MusebyMidnight.com.
