Dear Dreamer,
Welcome to my enclave of tranquility. I am she who sweetly haunts her lovers when their eyes close at night, and also she who aspires to inspire women to dream - and reach for the light.
My home is neither dark, nor day, but somewhere between the dawn before it breaks.
Somewhere between dreamscape and devotion, I have become the Sandwoman, the Muse, the Healer, and the Witch.
My name is Bella Graham.
I am a writer, poet, and ritualist of the invisible. My work lives at the intersection of mysticism, embodiment, storytelling, and the liminal.
I’m also a trauma-informed coach and somatic practitioner. I’m a Level II graduate of EQUUSOMA - a horse-human trauma recovery framework integrating attachment repair, polyvagal theory, and somatic healing - and I hold a certificate in Somatic Developmental Trauma. My work explores the intersection of mysticism, desire, identity, and feminine becoming. I completed graduate-level coursework in Marriage and Family Therapy, though I ultimately chose not to complete the program or pursue a clinical path. That training continues to inform my understanding of relational dynamics, attachment, and family systems, while my work has evolved toward a more integrative, experiential approach to healing.
My coaching methodology, Sacral Alchemy™, emerged through lived transformation, nervous system healing, reinvention, and a long return to self-trust.
I am a pancreatic cancer survivor. Diagnosed at age 19, I learned how to dance a tango with my own mortality—an experience that left me with one foot in this world, and the other in another.
Having traveled to more than 20 countries, I carry a borderless relationship to healing and identity. I believe that self-discovery is nonlinear, sacred, and often shaped by archetypes, nature, and unseen memory.
As a Los Angeles native, I live on the ancestral land of the Tongva people. My African-American and Creole roots stretch across the United States, from Louisiana to the Midwest, and Carolinas.
I was forged in grit, passion, and fire; and I am the descendant of creatives and entrepreneurs who used ingenuity, music, and compassionate service to make their way through the world.
I was born under a Scorpio Sun, with an Aquarius Moon and Leo Rising. Water is my home, my medium, and my mirror… and yet, I feel most at home when I'm thousands of feet in the air...
As a founder, I built Muse by Midnight to be a sanctuary for soft power, self-reclamation, and artistic inquiry. It is both an archive and a living body of my work.
Professionally, my background spans product marketing, communications, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategy. I've worked primarily across privacy, web3, media, fintech, and consumer platforms. I'm fascinated by the relationship between technology, psychology, identity, and human behavior — and by how systems shape the way we relate, communicate, perceive, and construct meaning. You can explore that work here.
It’s no accident that my coaching and creative work often center on reclamation, boundaries, voice, archetype, and emotional truth... I write and live like a woman of 1920’s Paris. If I were alive then, I’m certain I would’ve been a frequent visitor of 27 rue de Fleurus—Gertrude Stein’s legendary art and literary atelier (widely known as “The Salon”).
My haven is the esoteric. My people are the artists, poets, scientists, mystics, philosophers, and the unapologetic. Those who speak in truth and metaphor, and with light and reverence, help shape the world.
If you’ve read this far, thank you for witnessing me—you belong here.
xo,
Bella Graham
P.S. I wrote a letter for you... And a poem too... for all the dreamers out there.
