Sacral Alchemy™ Coaching

Nervous System Healing | Somatic Ritual | Archetypal Transformation

Bella Sacral Alchemy Coach

As a somatic practitioner and the creator of Sacral Alchemy™, I guide women through the “Passage of Becoming,” or the process of shedding survival-based identities to rebuild a relationship with their bodies, desires, and inner knowing after prolonged self-abandonment.

Sacral Alchemy™ is a trauma-informed coaching methodology for embodied transformation and identity reorganization.

It integrates somatic work, depth psychology, archetypal role exploration, mythic storytelling, creative ritual, and equine-assisted healing.

Most women who find their way here are intelligent, capable, and deeply attuned to others, but have spent years organizing their lives around responsibility, caregiving, performance, or the demands of relationships.

They know how to anticipate needs, hold everything together, and remain emotionally available, yet often at the expense of their own well-being.

However, beneath the constant overthinking, self-monitoring, or chronic self-suppression, their intuition grows faint, and their body becomes something managed instead of inhabited.

Rest feels unfamiliar, triggering guilt or a fear of not doing enough. Desire feels confusing or undeserved.

My clients tend to be empathic, often sensing others’ needs and emotions, but struggle to identify what they themselves feel, want, or need without guilt, fear, or collapse.

At the heart of this work is a return to the body as a site of inner knowing.

Bella Graham in Joshua Tree

The Sacral Chakra, located in the lower abdomen and associated with the color orange, is the energetic center of emotion, desire, pleasure, creativity, sensuality, and relational instinct. It’s where longing is first felt, and where most women learn to override themselves to stay connected, chosen, or safe.

Alchemy is the ancient art of transmutation: dissolving what no longer serves, reorganizing what’s held within, and allowing something new to take form.

When these two principles meet, transformation becomes embodied and sustainable. The nervous system begins to heal, identity softens around a life that no longer requires self-betrayal, and choice becomes possible again.

Sessions

Sessions are held virtually and may include somatic tracking, relational pattern work, archetypal exploration, voice activation, ritual inquiry, or symbolic integration depending on what your system is ready to meet.

Before beginning, all new clients complete a brief alignment form and connection call to ensure the work is supportive and aligned for their current season.

Bella with Horse - Equine Assisted Healing

About Me, Bella Graham

I’m a somatic practitioner, writer-poet, artist, and the creator of Sacral Alchemy™, a trauma-informed coaching methodology rooted in embodiment, archetypal exploration, relational healing, and feminine self-reclamation.

My work explores the intersection of desire, grief, identity, nervous system healing, and the symbolic and unconscious dimensions of the human experience. I support women navigating heartbreak, disillusionment, existential transition, emotional overwhelm, and the long process of returning to themselves after prolonged self-abandonment.

This work is shaped both by professional training and lived initiation. I’m a Level II graduate of EQUUSOMA, a horse–human trauma recovery framework (offered with the permission and licensing approval of the Somatic Experiencing® Trauma Institute) that integrates attachment repair, polyvagal theory, and somatic healing.

I hold a certificate in Somatic Developmental Trauma, and completed graduate-level coursework in Marriage and Family Therapy, though I ultimately chose not to complete the program or pursue a clinical path. That training continues to inform my understanding of relational dynamics, attachment, and family systems, while my work has evolved toward a more integrative, experiential approach to healing.

As a pancreatic cancer survivor and someone living with POTS, a chronic nervous system disorder and invisible illness, I’ve had to confront my own mortality at a young age and reorient my relationship to identity, embodiment, and the body.

Years ago, I moved through my own Passage of Becoming after a romantic relationship fractured my sense of self and internal orientation, leading to a long and disciplined return to self-trust.

I’m also a witch and ritualist deeply attuned to the dark feminine, the unconscious, and the transformative forces of eros, glamour, longing, power, and the complexities of desire. My spiritual practice draws from ancestral traditions, folk magic, elemental ritual, and cyclical attunement to the natural world.

When appropriate (and if requested), I may integrate ritual, tarot, astrology, or spellwork into sessions as supportive symbolic tools within the scope of the work. You do not need to share my spiritual beliefs to work with me. This is not a dogmatic space, but one rooted in embodiment, emotional truth, self-reclamation, and the archetypal, emotional, and unseen forces that shape inner life

Equine-Assisted Healing

Equine-assisted healing is an optional extension of the Sacral Alchemy™ process offered in partnership with horses through unmounted, experiential sessions in Southern California.

Horses respond honestly and immediately to nervous system states, emotional presence, relational dynamics, and boundaries, creating opportunities for embodied awareness and real-time relational insight.

These sessions may support:

  • nervous system regulation
  • boundary repair
  • embodied presence
  • relational attunement

Since this work builds upon an established somatic foundation, completion of at least three standalone coaching sessions is required beforehand. Equine sessions are offered separately from standard coaching and may not be appropriate or accessible for all clients.

This offering is provided as a coaching modality and is not psychotherapy or clinical treatment.

Who Finds Their Way Here

Coaching may resonate with women who are:

  • rebuilding self-trust after heartbreak, relational rupture, or destabilizing dynamics
  • navigating reinvention, grief, burnout, or major life transition
  • accustomed to over-functioning, caregiving, or organizing life around responsibility rather than desire
  • refining their boundaries, standards, or relationship patterns
  • seeking a deeper connection to embodiment, femininity, creativity, eros, or emotional truth
  • highly perceptive of others, but disconnected from their own needs, instincts, or inner direction
  • longing to feel more fully alive, self-directed, emotionally grounded, and internally anchored

Sacral Alchemy™ explores relationship both through intimacy with others, as well as the ways women relate to themselves, their bodies, voice, attention, and inner life.

This work complements therapy, but is not clinical treatment.

It is intended for women who are resourced enough to engage in reflective, emotionally exploratory, and experiential coaching work.
